On June 29, 2020, Chint New Energy Baicheng Phase II Photovoltaic Power Generation Leader Base No. 2 Project located in Baicheng City, Jilin Province was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. The successful grid connection of the project means that the only national photovoltaic leading base in Northeast my country has officially started operation. During the operation period of the project, the average annual on-grid electricity is about 190,942 MWh, and the corresponding annual equivalent full-load power generation hours are about 1,736 hours, which is equivalent to saving about 58,237.31 tons of standard coal per year, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by about 584.28 tons, carbon dioxide emissions by about 155,426.79 tons, nitrogen oxides The waste emissions are about 504.85t, the carbon dust is about 51936.22t, and the cumulative power generation during the 25-year operation period is about 4773559MWh. After the project is connected to the grid, it not only provides clean energy for the local area, but also creates tangible economic value, improves the local ecological environment, and greatly promotes the upgrading of the local energy structure. In addition, the project is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the clean energy industry in western Jilin, promoting the application of advanced photovoltaic technology products and industrial upgrading across the country.

The Baicheng Photovoltaic Leader Project is located in Liyetun, Guangrong Village, Jiaoliuhe Township, Taonan City, Baicheng City, Jilin Province. It is located in a high latitude, high wind pressure, and severe cold area. , using the dual-track operation mechanism of "breeding base + photovoltaic power generation". According to the characteristics of high wind pressure in the project site, short-axis design is adopted, comprehensive consideration is given to various local actual conditions such as latitude, land area restrictions, and long periods of low temperature.
